Pros
For the most part people are friendly and work well together. Bullen is flexible with employees. There is a potential for growth.
Cons
Wages are below standard except for a few. Upper Management team in not on the same page. We term it flavor of the day (no direct focus on the future). The latest job that comes in is always the home run. It is a family owned business and they are stuck "Back in the day". Engineering has made improvements and documented through extensive testing. No consideration is given to the findings. Fly by the seat of the pants, when they could be world class.
