Cons
- Salaries lower than the competition. - Too many managers and not enough boots on the ground. - Too much investment is made into contractors rather than expanding on existing teams. - Toxic engagements between business units, with a lot of blame thrown around at each other. - Senior management seems to have their heads in the clouds, with no interest in coming back down. - Heavy favouritism towards a single business unit, leaving the rest of the group with no direction or guidance. - Senior leaders apply mushroom management in most cases. - Feels like every manager/director is out for themselves.
