      really enjoy working at BAA, some days can be challenging but the people and cuture make it worth it

      Pros

      Great work life balance. Currently in a hybrid role, mainly working from home unless required to attend events or classes. My manager and the CEO is easy to talk to should there be need for any additional support. All my colleagues are happy to assist at any point if unsure of how to takle a certain task, or in need of group support. Left to work autonomously.

      Cons

      Resolving issues or concerns take longer than expected as approval needs to be given Not much room for growth.
