      Pros

      They did do good incentives when I was there.

      Cons

      Build is very good at the start, but be warned, it makes a lot of promises that it will not keep (Unless you are a super biller) It is a work place that has blatant favouritism, and if you are lucky enough to be a favourite you will be treated like a king. The environment can be like a school ground and is very unprofessional, and almost like bullying. You are not allowed to have an off week or you'll be put through your paces regardless of your work ethic.
