Beware - Toxic Culture

Decent benefits and pay, as well as interesting projects. Lavish events and spending.

Cons

Toxic work culture that starts from the top. You are dispensable here. Bullying is the name of the game here. Notice all the positive reviews that all occurred in the same two days? I would say they are more than suspicious and seem to not have any real cons noted. Scroll past those and you will see reality. Stay away!!! Any slight downturn and they will layoff 15-20% of the company and reduce your salary as they did at the start of the COVID pandemic.

They have high aspirations. Projects are challenging and people are good to work with for the most part. They empower their employees and hold them accountable.

Cons

High aspirations, low integrity. High turnover. The company operates very lean, doesn't invest in resources for the employees and don't invest in their employees. Projects are bid lean, understaffed which leads to lack of quality and a poor reputation with owners.

I really cannot think of anything. The main office is close to BART? Dress code is casual? Benefits are free, but you have to sell your soul to work there. That's all i have.

Cons

employment at this company is a revolving door - once in you can't wait to get out. they are the most unethical group of people i have ever had the displeasure of working for.
