      Pros

      Nice product to work with.

      Cons

      Barcelona Office: Bad working atmosphere. The managers are not very consistent. Low salary + no bonus. No recognition is given to employees who go above and beyond. Lack of respect to employees, nepotism, lack of listening, imposition of unfair policies and awful way to treat employees that show this inconsistencies.

      Nice working environment Flexible Hours Work environment is very international and does provide a light and motivating environment for working most of the times.

      Cons

      Non technical people without merit possess too much control Little or no holacracy, little team involvement in decisions. Ineffective Management, and very aggressive middle management

      Some colleagues, which are becoming less and less

      Cons

      No personal development, bonus, salary raise, fake promises, bad management. Part of a criminal private equity (Bain capital) Only looking at short term invesment. 2 years of poor internal surveys
