No gas cost (company vehicle) Low hours Easy to schedule time off Isolated outdoor work Technician CE hours are weekly/monthly

Cons

Pay is subpar Turnover rate is impressively high. Learn new names every quarter. Unpreventable reservices CSRs (uneducated, some even In a different country) actively schedule services they aren't trained on Employee moral is LOW including management who are visibly drained Raises are nonexistent.
