Pros

Reputable company in the space sector

Cons

HR ghosts applicants. Even when you ask for an update. The job role has been reposted I think, and no response. I get that I might not be what they're looking for, but honestly it's the bare minimum to respond to candidates with a decision.

Pros

A stepping stone for working for BAE Systems. I.T. has equipment options (Mac or PC). The onboarding process is completely online. No Background check or drug testing. You get to work for NASA, but that's just it.

Cons

If you are considering employment with Bryce, you are honestly better off working for the prime in the government contract. Micromanagement is the culture. I found out Bryce was not the prime in the contract, which makes things more difficult. You will work long (10+) hours on a daily bases since that is "expected." Meaning no work-life balance. Low salary offered for contract positions (government contract agency). Mediocre medical and dental coverage. Feels like you are working in a staffing/temp agency. Constant mistreatment from your supervisor, the prime POC, and the client POC. The workload keeps piling up due to staff shortages and constant turnover. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this company for applicants seeking employment.

Pros

I've had excellent mentors my 6+ years working for this company. They've given me opportunities to grow and allowed me room to exert myself and take on new challenges. It's a safe place to propose new solutions or processes--constant focus on improving rather than maintaining the status quo. Good balance of helpful/constructive criticism with positive recognition for my efforts. Limited bureaucracy and super open lines of communication including with the C-Suite. Fun, engaged culture despite largely remote setting. Extremely accommodating / flexible with schedule and respectful of work/life balance.

Cons

Because it's a small company with evolving processes and systems, need to be adaptable, independent, analytical, and a self-starter. Not a good fit for someone who needs rigid structures and hand-holding.
