The leadership is inexperienced, self-involved, and completely out of their depth. They'll tell you they are big on incentive pay instead of a liveable base pay, and then wait until after bonuses were expected and after thier big wig, open bar Christmas party to tell you they can't pay bonuses and the reason is to hold the rest of the staff "accountable". Don't fall for the scam. If they were sincere, they would have told us that well before bonuses were due and we counted on them. There are great people, but they are leaving because of poor ledership and a sinking culture.

Senior leadership is clueless to their employees needs. Unless your one of the chosen ones, you are treated like a 2nd class citizen. Strong bro/bra mentality. All supervisor, manager, leadership job descriptions should include, "Must wear skinny jeans!" If you have any industry experience, run away from this place. They do not respect industry knowledge and experience, they only care about billing their customers.
