Pros

Pay is above average. That's it.

Cons

Benefits are terrible. They are losing contracts left and right. Work hard and stay clean and they still fake reasons to fire you. They force you to work a double shift at different sites miles apart so you'll be late (write up). They take your schedule away even if you have no write ups. They say no one has a set schedule, but everyone else BUT you has one. Too much favoritism. No communication. They set a "permanent" schedule for you then change it without notice. Sometimes you get part time hours, sometimes you get zero. They give no contact numbers, but blame you for not calling in to get more hours. They say to take shifts on the ehub app, but there aren't any available. They expect you to be an always on call flex officer when you don't get paid like one. They ask you if you want to work part time, but then scold you like a child for not getting full time hours. Dispatchers always pass the buck when there's a problem. Everyone lies. Stupid games. You've been warned.

Pros

Simple security job with better-than-average pay. Just pass regular urine drug testing and lie detector test, show up on time, etc. and it's a great low stress job. Keep your head down and hope nothing happens. Go along to get along.

Cons

But if something happens. Good luck. Management is very political. Heavy on blame game and gossip. Will throw you under the bus. Isolated work location with no back up. No defensive weapons. No restraints. Poor communications. Security cameras and perimeter fences always malfunctioning. If something goes wrong, you are on your own. NO PAID VACATION DAYS. NO SICK DAYS. You get hurt on the job, good luck. Keep most employees at 35-hour/week part-time status to avoid benefits. Pay for own insurance. No chance of advancement.

Pros

Nothing at all. The company will use you until they don’t need you.

Cons

When I worked for this company, our higher ups would ask for us to fraudulently alter clock in times so we looked good for the client and on paper. We were essentially stealing money from the client. (Walmart). The staff we hired were bottom of the barrel. We didn’t care much for quality as long as they covered the shift. What’s funny is that most of the hires would check in and then abandon post. The company knew this was happening but as long as they were clocking in and clocking out and getting the company paid, that’s all that mattered to Brosnan. As far as being promoted, there was no promotion happening. They hire outside the company so they don’t have to promote from within and keep you in the position that you’re in. Why promote when they could hire outside the company right?
