Pros

The business idea is fantastic. The business is relaunching and the potential is there for this venture to really grow and gain traction. The team of people are amazing and talented. I think with the right people and Taylor, the owner, really sitting down to outline the business and gain insight into her services and the purpose of the business, this business could flourish. She has a great product.

Cons

Taylor, the owner, does not have a clear idea of the business. It seems like she wants it to be one thing, but she has no clear mappable idea of how to get it there. Her lack of direction is an anchor holding the business back. The business has been around for 15 years, but is still a startup. There are limited company documents and the are not synchronized. This is not a groundbreaking hurdle, but things are not able to move forward because she is very attached to things being a certain way. Boundaries are nonexistent. She will contact you at all hours and set unrealistic standards of conduct without providing clear direction. Holidays are not plainly set and she does not take feedback well. The pressure was intense and her direction was conflicting.
