      Pros

      The kitchen is nice, and they have a nursing room for mother's to pump. I was impressed with that when I started, seemed respectable.

      Cons

      You're not actually valued, hierarchy is strict and expect a culture where you or others are constantly spoken at or down to.

      Cons

      Horrible customer service and complete lack of respect for their clients. Stay away. There are plenty of reputable firms out there in this space that will treat you with kindness and maturity.

      Pros

      Broadleaf offers a great MSP model for clients with back end support / reporting team. This enables advisors at the client to be more advising in their role without the weight of the back end administrative duties.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Doesn’t execute or translate initiatives across the enterprise or out of home office. One week training. No continued training, education, or growth opportunities in place. Dated PTO structure and no 401k match.
