      Pros

      Brix Marketing is a job like no other I have experienced. The family environment Brix's marketing has created is truly remarkable. Brix's marketing truly cares about your individual growth and development as a person. The support system is 2nd to none. You will eventually truly have love for these people. They will become your second family. You will create lifetime friendship and lifetime business partners. As far as the job it self you put in the work the rewards are truly incredible. They put you in a position to become your own BOSS. Everyday its preparation in becoming your own Boss and running your own office. The whole objective of the job is to have you running your own office in 1-2 years. But at the end of the day it's truly have much commitment and dedication you put in to. But the rewards are magnificant.

      Cons

      If you cannot fully commit yourself to this job as well as if you life is in chaos right now. Then it might not be the best time for this job. Th is job required you have a student mentality. Extreme focus on your goals and what you need to accomplish. I would suggest already living a somewhat stable lifestyle. But! With that being said If your life is chaotic this job is still perfect for you. It will literally flip you how life around with the opportunity it presents to you. And the support system it provides.

      lot of hours and door to door sales wouldnt recommend

      Pros

      Everyone is really nice including the admin. Very easy to make friends. The pay can be good as long as everyone you sign up doesnt cancel

      Cons

      So many cons. They tell you that you can get promoted with in 6-12 months. Truth is they dont have the recruiting level to actually accomplish that. You need to get promoted to account management and the build a team of at least 5 people but the people wont stay because its door to door sales. Theres a guy there super nice but hes been there almost 2 years and isnt close to the promotion hes supposed to get. People cancel ALL the time so you dont even get all the money they say you can get. You also dont get paid for 3 weeks at first because verizon pays 3 wks in arear. Its ONLY commission. Once you get promoted you work about 75 hours a week and 6 days a week. If you dont hit quota or something you have to work sunday too. Honestly the negatives definitely out weigh the positives.
