Does not pay their minorities fairly. Must kiss up to senior leaders in order to move within the company. If any member of senior leadership doesn’t like you they will find a way to get rid of you. If you speak out on anything or make suggestions for improvement you are targeted as long as you comply with the corruption you should still have a job. If you are looking to help minorities and individuals from low income households this is not the place. They give random donations to organizations that senior leadership knows personally. Most if not all of senior leadership is holding on until retirement. They could care less if the company thrives after they retire. They let go of all the programs that had mostly staff of color due to some made up excuse that their programs mission did not align with the companies. They were right because a majority of the college access programs were serving families of color. All in all apply at your own risk because you will be miserable and treated unfairly!
