      Great people and dedicated management

      Pros

      Working with great people who will love the ski/snowboard industry as much you do. Management was very on top of things and you could tell they were giving it their all.

      Cons

      Early Mornings/Late Nights but that is expected when the mountain opens at 9 and closes at 9.
