Pros

Friendly, competent, professional office staff. Caregivers and nurses are hard working and knowledgeable. Flexible hours, mileage reimbursement. Benefits available for full time employees.

Cons

Extremely poor management. Management staff is untrustworthy, negative, and cares more about money than providing good care and supporting staff. Morale has completely sunk. 1/3 of office staff has left since June 2017.

Too many to name, you’ll have to decide on your own what’s right and what’s wrong. For me, I choose to focus on the care I provide, and try to ignore all of the things I can’t fix/change, no matter how hard I’ve tried.

The new girl who works the front desk for scheduling and pay is terrible. She has ruined my experience working for brightstar. The company promises plenty of hours, but tries to cut you down before you even hit 30 hours. I asked for full time hours. The pay sucks! They say they will pair you with a client closer to you, but I have to drive 1 hour to work everyday.
