      Frequent changes in staffing and hours make job stressful

      Willing to work around a school schedule, sick and vacation time for part-time employees, some co-workers are a joy to be around

      Cons

      Training is very inconsistent, favoritism is very prevalent, promotions seem to be very rare after nearly 3 years, bored employees create drama, equipment breaks constantly
