They tricked me in the interview by telling lies, and when I started calling out their lies they started coming to me with old stupid tactics, Priya Malhotra and Dean who are the account managers of their Microsoft recruitment business lied about the process during the interview (They said it's a direct client but it's VMS client), they lied about the clients they have (zero direct client), they lied about the process they follow, they even lied about the tools they use, they trick interviews by showing an incentive structure that looks tempting but in reality, incentive never comes because the way they do business never closes any deals neither consultants nor clients, by showing that bogus incentive they tricked me to accept the position on a much lower base (I have learned my mistake) when I have realized this in the first week I started telling them about this whole thing which they neglected because they knew what they have done, instead of making their process better they literally harras the employees, they have daily meetings scheduled 10 minutes before the log off hours that stays for hours in which they ask everyone to share their screens, and these are all experienced employees not freshers. For them giving remote is a privilege to employees and as per toxic employers, employees should not be having their personal life. I have every right to drag them in court which I will do because employers like them mustn't be operating in today's business market.

They have a system in place where it is a lottery when you would work. They partner up with 2 other companies who are hired under 1 budget and only a fixed amount of people can show up. Terrible during COVID. Worked up to a T2 tester and still only went in 1-2 times a month.
