Pros
The 401K is good, but you are only eligible after a year of employment. This is probably the only pro.
Cons
Only 5 days of sick leave and that includes bereavement leave! The office never closes when there is adverse weather and you are expected to make up any time you missed even when it is dangerous to travel. Minimal holidays with the office being open half day on Christmas Eve and open on New Years Eve. Should you take sick leave you are expected to specify on your time card why you were sick.
