Smiling faces and a very modern office greet you, but once employed, the entire format presents it's true self. Constant miscommunication, lack of communication, and lack of accountability among senior management. You will hear someone say at least a handful of times per day, "If you do ____, you'll be fired." (this does not necessarily mean you or anyone else has actually done, or even so much as considered doing anything wrong). The level of distrust, talking behind other coworkers backs, scheduling last minute weekends, extraordinarily indifferent and often poor treatment of floor workers. Senior management is not held to nearly as strict of standard as everyone else. This is by far the least professional office setting I have ever experienced. I would expect a much higher standard and better attitude of upper level management. Avoid this place at all cost.

As all big Italian companies, salary are very low and the possibility to improve is not really realistic. Lot of people change company to make ad step up in the salary. The company is not very flexible as should.. Timing is too long and the efficiency is not optimized due to not very lean approach.
