      - Great people with good group dynamic - Innovative technology - Open door policy to management, and ability to offer constructive criticism. - Unlike some up and coming startups turning down "over qualified" candidates, BreezoMeter's management considers such candidates as highly qualified with something extra to offer the company.

      Cons

      No major complaints so far. Being a startup, workload can be intense.

      From top management down to sales, R&D, marketing and scientists - the people at BreezoMeter are what makes this company so great. Extremely professional, caring, modest and fun. Everyone makes an impact and nothing is set in stone. Bottom line - Doing good starts from being good.
