      BRECOflex has provided the best experience I've had throughout my career. I found it to be a culture of caring, generous in compensation, and with opportunity for growth through self-motivation.

      Pros

      Work life balance is great, hybrid and WFH schedules are available in some departments, not a lot of micromanaging, employees are nice and happy for the most part. There are opportunities for advancement if you are a good worker and advocate for yourself. Communication is key!

      everything else, stagnant pay, no promotion from within, all outside hires, no raises, lack of transparency surrounding skill matrix, HR department has hired and fired or lost 6 head of HR's in the last two years, fired vice president
