Pros

This company used to be great - Great benefits, casual environment, free lunch every Thursday. Unfortunately they discontinued all attractive benefits.

Cons

The company operates it's wholesale business (BCINJ) and ecommerce website (superbreakers.net) out of the same warehouse. Communication is this company's biggest problem and it creates a lot of stress for their employees. You will be given unrealistic deadlines, management will not listen to you, your ideas for growth will be discredited and ignored. Situations such as - your manager sitting down with you for an hour going over work in progress and goals, then goes to your boss and coworker and ask what you're working on are a common occurrence. Additionally because this company basis your performance off the sales of BOTH companies (regardless if you have involvement with only one) it can be EXTREMELY difficult to get any sort of pay raise of growth.

Pros

The management team is very down to earth and professional. Everyone works together well there. They have a lot of fun as long as your work gets done.

Cons

I have to be honest there are no cons!
