Pros

Peers and management deeply care about individuals and the impact you want to make on the world. I received nothing but love and encouragement throughout the entirety of my time serving at BTI. I was always able to take off when needed for personal things (family, trips, mental health, etc) and my compensation was great! The culture requires a growth mindset with an open heart and it’s wonderful if that’s the right fit for you. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for working here and leaving (for reasons not relevant to this review) was a difficult decision due to how amazing my experience was.

Cons

Lots of softwares / tech stack could be more consolidated, (people who aren’t tech savvy could struggle a bit) BUT the admin team are extremely responsive and helpful.

I’m only a few months into my time at Brave Thinking Institute (BTI), but it’s already clear that this is a place where people and purpose come first. The company’s core values—People, Love & Care, Integrity, Fun, and Growth—truly guide how the team works together and serves clients. One of the biggest highlights so far has been the supportive training process. From day one, I’ve felt set up for success, with leaders and teammates taking the time to answer questions, share resources, and make sure I understood not just what to do, but why it mattered. That level of intentional onboarding has made the transition seamless and motivating.

Cons

Like any high-growth company, there are moments where priorities shift quickly and event production timelines can be intense, but the culture makes it manageable. Overall, BTI is an inspiring place to work if you value learning, collaboration, and being part of a mission-driven organization.

I love working w this company. I have been here over a year. You are supported with top training and given coaching to help you grow & create a life that you love. They support you to live in all areas of your life - the 4 quadrants. We practice gratitude in the meetings and the team has grown in a big way this past year. The leadership team is solid and has your back every way. What other company supports you to go through an online program to make sure you do it and if not supports you to learn tools and ways to close the gap to create a live you love... The faculty and programs always are improving and we grow together. I have met amazing people and it really is a family.

Cons

If you are not into doing the work then this is not a place to be. This is top level. I have never seen a company so devoted to growing and becoming better. They love feedback and are open to grow.
