Great office culture. In my time there, I truly felt like I was a part of a team that was fighting the good fight. I highly recommend checking out their catalogue of films to get an idea of what this company stands for. The staff was extremely helpful and made it easy to acclimate before and during the pandemic. I received thoughtful messages from the CEO throughout my time there and learned a lot from my co-workers. I am very proud of the work that I did at BNF, and happy to have joined them when I did.

Too many snacks in the kitchen to choose from so you are forced to choose them all lol

Brave New Films has been creating groundbreaking social justice films for many years, and I've seen since working here how much of an impact they make. A great place to combine creative storytelling with important issues that matter to our society.

Cons

Non-profit means limited budgets and lower salary rates. You won't get rich at BNF, but your work will be meaningful.
