Mixed bag, Would recommand if you're VERY desprate for a job, but not if you have options
Pros
- Tech leads is one of the smartest and best team leads I've ever meet. - Sometimes a very chill workplace and super fun co-workers - one of the better interviews I've ever had - provides a small room for growth -pantry snack is usually full
Cons
- Top brass are verbally fighting and yelling at each other on a daily base, will cuss at you if you stand in there way or try to correct/explain things to them. - Sales dept' is super toxic and I will advice that if you're a woman think twice before applying - HR doesn't really exists in this company - there's a small breakfast that is being serving at around 1PM and each day, and it pretty much turns into an elbow fight, and has a hunger games vibe, How did they manage to turn a complementary breakfast into a bad thing is beyond me - Will call 8pm mandatory meetings 2 hour in advance and call it "Good News" (it's usually not) - no 10bis
