Pros
Family style culture. Lots of fun to be had. Management and whole organization is ready and willing to help make the best choices and supporting learning. Positive interactions with people daily leaves you with a sense of achievement every day.
Cons
Work life balance is hard. Salary is quite low so if you live on your own or have responsibilities it can be hard to maintain. It's doable but you have to dedicate yourself.
