Pros

I don’t find a pros.

Cons

The company does not comply with European Union law! You start working remotely and later you are obliged to move to Cyprus. The employees in the total mass is low-skilled, which allows us to draw conclusions about the quality of online casinos products. If you are hired - get ready, they will lie to you! They lie to absolutely everyone and this is the dogma of the company. The owner of the company is aware and senior management approves these processes. There are separate staff who are aimed at expelling people for their salaries, blocking the computer and throwing them away. At the same time, there is no reason for this - you just became objectionable. There are no prospects for growth. Also, many managements' people convey at the slightest indignation. Gossip and lies are everywhere. There are good peers, but they are silent. It is clearly understanding. They afraid to lose their jobs the same way. Many people are forced to leave the island, lose their bonds and leave back. Then a computer is extorted from you without paying your wages. They put pressure on you in every possible way, they threaten you! Trying to get in touch with the owner, he does not help resolve the issue, but on the contrary pits his subordinates. Further, they insist on the signing of documents retroactively, especially the signing of the Mutual Termination Agreement, although all actions are carried out unilaterally. I recommend to anyone who has faced with the same situation to contact the executive bodies of Cyprus due to the strict violation from the employer.

Pros

Great teammates from Devops department

Cons

A lot of people that knows nothing at all, they just create vision of work process PMs know nothing about web development and don’t have basic knowledge about what they do The worst part is C level. They are afraid to look stupid so hire only stupid people and fire everyone a little bit smarter Lie, dishonest it is atmosphere of Brain Rocket We worked in the office during its reconstruction, remote work wasn’t allowed. Even during Covid restrictions (based on the Cyprus law and believe me it is the smallest illegal thing that I know) During my time in the company 3 CTO, 1 CEO, 1 CFO, 3 Head of Devops, 4 HRD, 2 Head of Backend were changed. You can imagine that I spent 10 years but it was about 2 years

Pros

- better than average salary - a lot of good people working here - corporate events are just awesome - a lot of infrastructure for daily activities (e.g. comрany-owned gym with kids room), for some events they provide baby-seaters so both parents could go to an event

Cons

- almost NONE benefits, i mentioned infrastructure for daily activities (basically very small gym), but for example if you were to play one fifa match on PS5 (in office) during smoke break you might receive a warning, so in office you should only work, and there is NOTHING at office besides working table and toilets (and very low amount of rooms for meetings) - management (from low to top tier) is uneducated, unexperienced, unprofessional (sexists jokes must be in job description), just rude - firing an important person (e.g. CTO) in one day is a company's motto - company trying to "force" using English language, but nobody cares and if you are an English-speaking person almost anyone will use Russian\Ukrainian language even if you are standing right before them - adepts of ZTDD (zero test driven development) - as well of ZPD (zero personal development) - you will be working with HUGE piece of legacy code with zero coverage - lunch benefit is a joke, you pay 110 euro per month for LOW QUALITY food for breakfast and lunch and nobody wants to change anything - you need to pay to get beverages at office (coffee-machines and still water from an old and dirty cooler are free) - Cyprus office is small and as crowded as beehive, so main priority - to add more working tables, and not to build comfortable environment with chilling zones (the only zone to chill is outside, even tho without any infrastructure, where temperature could get to +34C) to go to a toilet you could wait for ages since office is huge but you only have 2 toilets per gender per floor - popular in social media BROOO cars are only for chosen ones and not to those who is in need (e.g. you just moved to Cyprus, it would be smarter to pay for a car rent or something) - almost any good idea was put down bcs it's not profitable (e.g. hiring a barista at office to make different types of coffees, and firing him week later bcs of queues to this barista, even tho we could've just think of the solution) - changed like 3 CTOs in 2 years (with firing them without any notice and any sort of transition period) - ZTP (zero transparency policy), you will have NO IDEA of what company's plans are and what awaits you in the future (e.g firing whole department is OK) And the list is far away from being complete one.
