Working at Boyd Watterson was an exercise in patience and futility. Although it is a small company, somehow nepotism and favoritism takes a strong hold. Despite some clear cases of incompetence in the staff, they gain praise because they work late hours. An antiquated view ignoring basic incompetence. Also, sales staff are in charge of many parts of the company and any stability is short-lived and usually accidental.
Unless you are on the top rung of company, do not expect any upward movement or help. The main group at the top are only concerned with themselves and treat any employees under them as expendable (aside from relatives) and the pay, treatment, and turnover certainly reflects this fact. Expect random requests and ridiculous time frames at any entry level job.
