Pros
My coworkers are great. If it wasn’t for them I would have never stayed this long. Managers are helpful and easy to talk to. They are willing to hire with little or no experience. Free pop!
Cons
Extremely overworked and underpaid. They will squeeze every man hour out of you in order to make their bottom line. It’s the only company I’ve worked for that I actually lost money the longer I worked due to very low raises and an increase in insurance. Everyday is exhausting and unbearable. We have repeatedly contacted Boyd Corporate over the work conditions and they have done almost nothing to fix it. They are often rude and difficult to work with.
