      I can’t think of any

      Working conditions were horrible, management made it worse. A lot of alcoholic Supervisors with mental illness. They came to work still drunk from the night before and started off on a bad tone right from jump. Compensation and benefits would be okay if it weren’t for the harsh environment, I’m not just talking about the heat and cold, I’m talking about the people.

      Company culture has improved dramatically since 2024. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      Benefits lackluster, Not much opportunity to move up and very puny raises. Located next to the landfill.
