The CEO is a narcissist and micromanager who has zero respect for the employees. Employees must cower and submit to CEO or become ostracized and terminated. Turnover was at 100% when I decided to finally quit. CEO believes employees should feel privileged to work at Boxabl. This is the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. Owners have audio and video cameras throughout the office, emails are monitored. The owners believe this is how you manage your employees.

•The people running this place are a joke • The work is very repetitive and can become mindless, unchallenged and low level •Constant threat of write ups is demoralizing •Turn over rate it pretty high •Last minute mandatory scheduling. (Notfying us at 3pm on a Saturday that Sunday was a mandatory day) •Short notice schedule changes •Major distrust coming from the office towards employees •5am start time!!!! Why? •1 week PTO a year •Wages are NOT competitive with the trade industry •Benefits are ok... no 401k and stock option was never offered to me after employment even though it was listed as one of the benefits. •30 minute lunches when the location is too far from any stores or drives thru so you have to bring your own lunch or buy the processed garbage they have to offer •NO cellphone allowed to even be seen while working (it's 2023... come on now) •CEO is known to fire people on the spot over small offenses •CEO is not a good person to work for •Not enough bathrooms •Break area is in the factory, covered in dirt and dust and very small with people constantly trying to squeeze around eachother and a line to use the microwaves •No heat, it can get colder in the factory than it is outside
