      Pros

      Product/Design/Marketing teams are great, with vast experience.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the company faces challenges in how it manages people. Over inflated pipeline and false realities that need to be faced by leadership. Unfortunately they have bundled all hope in few accounts with out the plan of action to gain further business or strengthen the strategy of the sales team. Furthermore, the organizational leadership fails at ramping team members up and has lofty goals selling themselves internally as another silicon valley-like exploit of capital investment.

      Pros

      The market for their package is very good and they have a good head start in deploying their solutions.

      Cons

      Badly mis-managed with signs of financial fraud (similar to Theranos). They are pitching to investors with a bogus "backlog" of orders that do not exist.
