For college attendees with a passion for the outdoors and leadership. THIS. IS. THE. JOB. Colleges and management are warm and welcoming; team culture within the fellow leads is something I haven't found since. Work is rewarding, and the kids are old enough to be kind of fun to be around.

Cons

Hot during summer in CO, work is outdoors 4 days a week. You can get stuck with terrible people on your team (I got lucky, majority are cool)

Flexible work schedule for in-office staff Pay increases were greater and more frequent than elsewhere

Still very siloed org for all the progressive benefits offered which leaves staff appeased, but systemic issues remain.
