Pros

Not a whole lot to say but Target Training was great excellent instructors. Large inventory of vehicles. Ticket giveaway, lunch on Saturday.

Cons

Long hours, Poor training other than target training, Sales Managers act unfriendly unprofessional, who don't really care about the employees and customers who buy only about dollars, and aren't customer friendly.

Pros

The pay is good. If you're having a bad month you still make 10$ per hour. There are a lot of nice perks like Brewer's tickets and bonus money you can earn by selling Auto Armor. They also have spiffs with nice prizes like TVs, iPads and cash. Health insurance is ok.

Cons

Long, hard hours. Management can be rude and disrespectful. There is some unfairness floating around. You need to kiss a little butt or be in with the in crowd if you want to get farther in the company. Management offers a helping hand to a select few. Everyone else is on their own. You also are required to work every Saturday and open to close two days out of the week which is like most retail jobs. Something changed with the commission structure and most commissions are pretty small lately.
