      Pros

      First pro: DOGS!!! Second pro: Great management -- super kind, super thoughtful. Willing to work with you to make your schedule fit your needs. Enough structure to make you feel safe and comfortable, but enough autonomy that you don't feel like you have managers breathing down your neck all the time.

      Cons

      Does not make enough to be a full time job. Goes without saying, but will have to walk in all kinds of weather.

      Pros

      Great pay well above minimum wage. Managers were very attentive and kind. Lots of exercise.

      Cons

      Weather conditions in winter and middle of Summer can be pretty rough, especially if using bike for transport. Sometimes poorly trained dogs cause lot of issues in actually being able to finish a walk.
