      Pros

      Management is great, they provide all of the tools and support necessary to help employees meet their goals. They show appreciation, enthusiasm, and commend their employees for a job well done. They treat their customers like gold and have created a business that people are proud and excited to work at. They give their best and expect the best and if you're a go-getter, this is the place to be. Overall, stellar company to work for!

      I can't think of a downside to working here.

      Pros

      The people I work with at BDS are great and the working hours are wonderful. There is always room to move up in the company and always enough work to keep employees busy. Every day is a new and exciting day.

      Cons

      Because we are so busy some days can be stressful but there is always a reward.

      Pros

      It is a small business that is growing at a rapid pace in an industry that is continuously emerging! The work environment is a lot of fun and everyone works well together as a team. Occasional Early Release on Fridays is an awesome perk! Management is genuine and cares greatly about their employees - you are more than a number here - you are family - which is very hard to find nowadays!

      I can't think of a single con.
