Worked in the HQ and there was overtime pay. Hence your superiors will ensure you leave on time unless you have extra duties.
Cons
- people with narrow-minded views eg, they did not like coffee drinkers and had to bring it up to me over every lunch (which really does not concern them) - materialistic. Ladies who go for every luxury bag, watch. If you are not into it, you'd find it hard to clique. Just dull. - politics, upper and lower management. You can sense that during every boardroom meeting, department against department. Culture is poor. - let's just say, my department just followed the head manager blindly. They did not like it if people in their department do not join them for lunch, and proceeded to badmouth/ostracise them. - people who can speak Cantonese are favoured.
