      liked the workers, people laughed

      Cons

      Bad benefits, very bad. no 401k match, bad healthcare, no bonuses. Ownersa and family drives new expensive cars all year, I drove a beat up toyota camry and could barely make rent.

      Pros

      Great coworkers. Generally not much overtime except for the busy end of year as we would ramp up for the CES show. There is some opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations, low pay, poor benefits. A one time amount of $250 is contributed to the 401K plan, that's it. There exists years of culturally ingrained methods of managing a business with an unwillingness to change or accept another persons advise/opinion.

      Pros

      - Learn so much every day. The trying and learning culture is highly encouraged in the office. We share different ideas & thoughts constantly. - BEST team ever. There are lot of jokes, fun and serious time happening here. Day go by fast. But same time super productive and efficient. - Check off big milestones every day. The team is building a great foundation that can scale fast in E-comm world. Tools, knowledge, case studies are all great source for the foundation. - Work/life balance is great. Barely any over time, but if you love the job, no one has a problem on checking emails at nights and weekends, because the team is very responsible.

      Cons

      - Office looks outdated a little bit, working in progress to be more modern! - Snack is great, need be more healthy... otherwise I need go to gym more often.

      We are currently working with an architect in improving the office space, however the city of Oxnard takes a long time to approve new building updates. We are also working with a vendor to have health fruit deliver to us.
