Pros
Audio, technology company. Products are quite interesting and fun to use and work on.
Cons
The company changed drastically since being sold from Bose Corp. Most of the people either left or were laid off and the people that remain no longer have the respectful Bose culture. It's all about the money now. And the Sr. managers are ruthless and uncaring. They say they want to grow the company, but it's not a long term play but rather because it is their goal to flip the company for profit. Think house-flipping but it's a company instead. Would you put your best in the house knowing that you're only going to sell it?

- Competitive salary - Amazing team and people - New owners are allowing us to make a name for ourselves in the market as a standalone company - Lots of untapped potential globally in the pro audio space
Cons
- Benefits are solid but in a competitive market, need to make sure we continue adding more offerings for a diverse workforce - Culture is very much in flux but more things are being added to the mix to make improvements - Product roadmap is a bit up in the air
