Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Will hire you as a temp ( low pay )and do everything not to hire you. Perfect attendance, good work ethic, give it your all and they only want cheap labor. When they do hire you, because you are an outstanding team member they pay you less than you make as a temp. I would have loved to stay there but if I can earn more at McDonalds why would I stay?

Pros

Conservative company There are some good people that work there but not many

Cons

A great disparity between hourly and salary workers No consistency of their policies and how they are implemented, seem to be made up as they go No diversity in their management, all middle age dinosaurs with no innovation or respect for woman Difficult to get even the most mundane task done due to lack of communication and understanding between and within departments Their most difficult customers are their employees, very poor moral Definitely a "good old boys" mentality
