      Micromanagement One CEO is a ghost, the other CEO is a micro manager The company will likely go down soon due to policy change in Canada and the management unwillingness to pivot their product strategy Shady practices Company has an habit to shame customers internally DO NOT work here if you don't want to be lowballed and scammed

      - BorderPass is truly a revolutionary tool supporting newcomers to Canada. As someone that is passionate about helping people and committing my time and effort to a meaningful cause - the alignment couldn't feel better - New developments lead to new opportunity - having a seat at the table to ideate, build / test new products/features has allowed me to contribute beyond my job title which makes this work all that much meaningful

      Cons

      - Wouldn't say this is necessarily a con, but this company moves very fast. If you are someone that prefers a slower paced environment, this may not be for you.
