      As a business grows, it runs the risk of becoming colder

      Pros

      Flexibility. Relaxed dress code. Growing business. Free fruit! (when its not spoiled)

      Cons

      Management will build a narrative, and only support evidence for that narrative. More of a "sink or swim" learning environment. Was recruited on the "Family Atmosphere" and did not see any of that. Upper management did not even know employee names and mid-management was always stressed out.

      Not Worth it.

      Company insurance at reduced rate for HSA plan only for only yourself

      Cons

      -Management -Flexibility There is a major lack of communication between departments. No one really knows what going on and you have to ask many people to come up with one answer. I was hired under one director as a intake coordinator for the call center. When that ended I became admin, and then a new director came on. If you work here watch your back and make sure you write everything down. -Overworked, and way underpaid, and under appreciated -too much office politics
