Pros

There’s always something new to learn with the regular training sessions and upskilling opportunities. It’s clear the company cares about keeping us at the top of our game. I’ve never seen such a strong commitment to continuous learning and development. The Senior leadership team is always there to help out, which makes tackling challenges a lot less stressful.

Cons

The work environment can be pretty fast-moving, which might be overwhelming at times.

Pros

I’ve been as a Senior Software Engineer for a while now, and it’s been a great experience. The company culture is really friendly and supportive. Plus, the leadership team—especially the Director and CEO—has an inspiring vision, particularly when it comes to AI and technology. They are providing free food, accommodation, and solid allowances. There are lots of training sessions, so always learning something new and learn high level things.

Cons

Sometimes there’s a gap between departments, which can slow things down a bit.

Pros

Only office is very modern and fancy. Providing lunch and gaming facility.

Cons

The reality at this company differs significantly from their LinkedIn portrayal. The work culture is toxic, and the Head of Development, Abdullah, lacks basic communication skills with employees and a lack of respect for employess. There is extreme micromanagement even they are looking at cameras all the time and tracking your activity. Additionally, the deadlines set are completely unrealistic and no work life balance.
