The work environment creates a false sense of security and cohesion. The manager has mostly good intentions BUT doesn't have the integrity or inner strength to act in opposition to certain senior sales person(s) or the CEO. A specific sales person is allowed to talk down to whomever offends or disagrees with him, including the manager, with little to no acknowledgement of his behavior. If you take a sales job here pay attention to who moves the chess pieces and follow suit or success will be hard, if not impossible, to achieve. Good luck!

Everything else. Fake transparency, poor compensation, leadership does not follow their own values, the systems don't work, they micromanage everything and everybody. The sales pitch to work for Bonitz sounds great, but don't drink the Kool Aide because it is all "fake news". No real opportunity to advance. Leadership makes all the money.
