Cons

High turn over rate with in the company, upper management have there favorites and its all about who you know! This will determine how long your with the company. They will walk anyone out at any time! They claim your family but its just talk!

There is some flexibility when kid events come up. There are so many employees and managers that do a really bad job, that it does make you feel like a rock star.

Community environment - They do a lot of fun potluck lunches and catered events to build up moral. Promotion from within - Opportunity to advance on the company.

Cons

Advanced to Failure - Unfortunately, their system of internal promotion puts incompetent people in positions they aren't capable of handling. Cliquey Atmosphere - If you aren't "in" with the right people, you'll never have the chance to advance or even enjoy your work, as you'll be ostricized completely by management.
