Cons
Average salaries are 20-25% lower and they don’t pay performance bonuses. I’m not too sure how they can keep anyone good full time. Was a 34% raise when I made the jump away.

Thank you for appreciating the work-life balance that we try to provide for our employees. We try to pay employees fairly and utilize the Robert Half Salary Calculator as a general guide for our salary structure. In an industry known for high turnover for lower level staff, we have been very blessed to have very low turnover for the last several years. We feel that we have some terrific employees and really do strive to make BSGM a great place to work.
