      Strong reputation but unequal recognition across departments

      Pros

      Known in the industry for being a top landing spot for service technicians, account executives, etc. Profit sharing in the form of bonuses

      Cons

      Some departments are not valued as much as others. Very little recognition for accomplishments outside of what brings the company the most money (sales) Poor health insurance

      Working for Boland has been the greatest gift. Boland has really supported my professional growth through mentorship and coaching. The people really make the place!
