      - International team - Good work life balance - Pay and benefits according to Swedish standards

      Cons

      - Overall lack of transparency and empathy from management to employees. - Limited people have real decision making power and most decision makers are not open to new ideas or feedback from others. - Limited growth opportunities within the company. If there is a new senior role open, they usually prefer to hire someone new from outside the company (rather than promote internal growth).

      Pros

      The people working here is what’s makes it great, hard working and intelligent people, great colleagues, good vibe between cross-teams, office in central part of town.

      Cons

      Bad leadership in management, lack of strategy and constant change in road map, hence no planning. Lack of accountability, promotes the wrong people and have no interest in the evolving the organization and the culture. Bad salary.

      Scale up stuck in the worst part of being a start up and adopting the worst from large corp thinking.

      Employees are genuine helpful and always easy work with.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic management team not understating agile methodology and want to implement large corporations mentality and ethics, which unfortunately is because that is what kind of background they come from and not keen on learning new things.
