They will not care about about your needs or help you with anything work related as they love to let you figure it out on your own. They don't believe in giving you decent raises because "you've had a negative attitude" when you do your job the best. The cons? Now...most everything is. Patrick Savage is no longer the CEO of this company and the new management is outright deplorable. It is sad to see such a promising , inspiring organization be destroyed at the hands of a literal MAD MAN along with his highly devoted cronies. This is likely the LEAST caring company to work for in healthcare right now and good management says a lot about the direction of a company. You would likely be better suited working ANY place else but here until they've come to their senses and gone back to their original business model under competent and sane leadership. Sad...but true.
